DY-L102 ADHESIVE FOR AUTOMOTIVE INTERIOR DECORATION

1. Properties

DY-L102 ADHESIVE FOR AUTOMOTIVE INTERIOR DECORATION is a one-component epoxy adhesive for automotive interior decoration. It has the following advantages: Low odor; Free of chlorinated hydrocarbons, formaldehyde, heavy metal or other harmful substances; Good flowability; Easy to operate and apply; 10-15 minutes of working time; high strength; Weatherability; Frost-resistance; Great durability. It works at the environmental temperature of -20°-85°C. It will not set at >–15°C. 

 

2. Applications

• Used for interior decoration of car, high class leather furniture, fitness apparatuses and other branches.
• Can also be used to bond metal, plastics, leather, rubber, wood and so on.

 

3. Directions

• Clean the surface to be bonded, like oil, water and other containment, or polish it if necessary, 
• The ideal environmental temperature and humidity is 15-35°C and  <75% respectively. 
• Apply the adhesive onto the surface and bond in 5-10 minutes.
• Put the substrates together from one side to another and slightly and repeatedly press the substrates for better adhesion, and fix them for 12-24 hours. Maximum strength will be reached  in 72 hours.

• Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places。
• Store the adhesive at room temperature.
• Keep away from any source of ignition.  

• The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes. 
• Keep out of reach of children.
• In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
