DY-MS751 NO NAILS GLUE

1. Properties

DY-MS751 NO NAILS GLUE, a silane-modified one-component sealant, is made up of MS polymer. The eco-friendly sealant is temperature resistant, non-toxic, low odour, non-corrosive, and formaldehyde-free. It can replace nails and screws, without drilling holes while installing. It is applicable to tile, marble, glass, wood, metal and plastics. One square centimeter of glue can withstand the horizontal pulling force of 10 kilograms after curing. It is resistant of water, stain, and temperature after curing (in 48 hours).

 

2. Applications

• Bonding decorations on the walls, and photo walls.  
• Bonding hooks, hardware pendants, tiles, glasses onto the walls.
• Installing and bonding signboards, advertising boards, door frames, wood panels.
• Bonding, filling the gaps and stopping leaks, enveloping edges of containers and compartments.

 

3. Directions

• Clear the contaminants like water, dusts, oil of the substrate surface to keep it clean, dry and smooth. Use organic solvents such as alcohol to clean up the surface if necessary.
• Remove the cap and pierce the membrance.Cut the nozzle to the desired size and attach to the surface of the object. 
• Smooth adhesive immediately after use as it dries in approximately 15 mins. It will fully cure in 48 hours.

• Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places。
• Store the adhesive at room temperature.
• Keep away from any source of ignition. 

• The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
